The Basic Rules Manual for Health, Safety, Emergency and Environment is the code of conduct for anyone who works at or visits the Rhodia Solvay Group site in Paulínia, Brazil. This edition is from February 2026.
We developed the manual in 2023 and have updated it every year since, up to the 2026 edition. It brings together the HSE policy and the safety rules, such as the use of mobile phones in the plant areas, line opening and confined space work. The emergency phone number stands out on the cover.
Each rule has its own color and pictograms, and the warning boxes separate what is allowed from what is forbidden. Employees and visitors can read it quickly. The project also includes supporting pieces, such as the Risk Card, the Stop Card and the ID badge.
